Job Description

A prominent DeFi project is looking for an experienced Solidity Smart Contract developer to shape the future of DeFi and be a part of the next wave of blockchain adoption. This role is remote

**North American time zone is a plus.

 Responsibilities

• You will use your expertise as a developer and your familiarity with the blockchain industry to help shape high level decisions for a leading DeFi protocol. 
• You will work with existing smart contracts and implement new contracts based on the project’s timeline.
• You will need to implement, test, and audit protocol upgrades and additions.
• You will monitor smart contract performance, enforce security procedures and be responsible for deploying code to Mainnet.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with Solidity
• Ability to write Smart Contracts
• Deep understanding of DeFi and cryptocurrency
• Deep understanding of the Ethereum Virtual Machine
• Experience with Blockchain Test Tools (Embark, Truffle)
• 3+ Years with JavaScript, React, TypeScript/NodeJS
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, must be fluent in English
• BS or higher degree in Computer Science preferred
